Features:
1. When making engine modifications, the exhaust manifold should be replaced at the very beginning, because the exhaust gas from the cylinder would go into the exhaust manifold, which is part of the engine body, and then leads to the first section of the exhaust pipe, then to the muffler or several silencers in series, and final to the exhaust tailpipe. Instead of the restrictive standard manifold, our product made of high-quality stainless steel, can improve exhaust gas flow, and will significantly increase power and torque across the RPM range.
2. Exhaust headers are a set of metal pipes that link the engine cylinder head to the exhaust system. They channel the exhaust gases from the engine and direct them away from the vehicle. These headers are attached to the cylinder head via a flange and converge into a collector, which is larger than the individual tubes. The collector subsequently connects to the rest of the exhaust system either by bolting or welding.
3. Fabricated using CNC-machined T-304 stainless steel pipes and computer-controlled TIG-welded flanges, ensuring robustness and durability.
4. Employs pre-welded hangers for a direct bolt-on installation; no modification needed.
